2. Store Eligibility and Use

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract in your location. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or creating an account.

You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorised activity; interfere with the website or checkout; introduce malicious code; scrape data without permission; or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

3. Products and Information

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours, dimensions, packaging, and appearance can vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, supplier updates, or product improvements.

Product availability, specifications, price, and shipping eligibility can vary by destination. We may correct errors or withdraw a product before accepting an order. Nothing in this section limits rights relating to materially misdescribed or defective goods.

If payment has been collected for a cancelled item, it will be refunded.

7. Third-Party Fulfilment and Dropshipping

We use approved suppliers and fulfilment partners, including platforms such as Syncee, TopDawg, and CJdropshipping. Products can be shipped directly from different warehouses or suppliers.

An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels, on different dates, and with different tracking numbers. Supplier arrangements do not reduce our responsibilities to customers under applicable consumer law.

8. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

The Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. The product-page and checkout delivery estimates applicable when the order is placed also form part of the transaction.

9. Product Safety and Proper Use

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow all warnings, instructions, age restrictions, assembly directions, and safety information.

Stop using a product and contact us if you believe it is unsafe, defective, recalled, or materially different from its description. Do not modify a product in a way that creates a safety risk.

10. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights.
